Night Hike April 2, 2021

Have you ever found yourself wondering, what am I going to do tonight. A really good way to get away and clear the head is to do it outside in the wilderness. Trees, fresh air, cool breeze....pitch black? This isn't for everyone but a good friend of mine and I often go on hikes at night. It is a rewarding time to talk and explore the great outdoors without other distractions like the regular routine that happens day after day.

Here are some of the things that we saw on our night hike.

Hiking helps me on the inside, mentally. It is a time to either stare at the ground and think about what needs to be done or how to overcome a problem. If you are with a friend, maybe they can help talk through some of the tough things. Spend time with people you love. That helps you build yourself into a better person.
